Self-supporting panels

MCK Metal is a company specialized in the manufacture and supply of self-supporting panels.

Freestanding panels are fully enclosed electrical enclosures that protect electronic and control equipment and components. They are designed for installation on flat, simple surfaces.

It has a lower base that lifts and secures the panel from below, and allows for composite mounting configurations.

Materials:
Body: 1.5mm steel sheet
Mounting plate: 2mm steel sheet
Door: 2mm steel sheet
Surface finish:
Body and door: Textured finish with epoxy polyester powder coating
Mounting plate: Flat finish with epoxy polyester powder coating
Color:
Body and door: RAL7032, RAL7035
Mounting plate: RAL 2000 steel or galvanized

Degree of protection: IP 55
Against mechanical impacts: IK10

Vertical column consisting of hinge, locking elements, side fixing block and area for all installations

Construction Features

Modular structure made of 1.9 or 2.65 mm steel sheet, with holes in the columns and crossbars with a 25 mm pitch.


Front door made of 1.9 mm steel sheet.
Rear cover, roof and bottom cover made of 1.2 mm steel sheet.
Mounting plate made of 1.9 or 2.65 mm steel sheet.
Sill base made of 1.9 or 2.65 mm steel sheet.

Finish:

Frame, door and closure: RAL7032/ RAL7035
Mounting plate: Orange RAL2003
Base Soleplate: Black RAL9011.

Material options:

Stainless steel 304 and 316
Zinc-plated steel
